The conceptual framework of statistics can be defined as the structured approach to keep records for any variable or observation in order to have a proper informed decision regarding the future aspects of that variable. Statistics is not about variables, formulas, and complex calculations. Statistics is collection of data, then graphical representation of data. If the graphical representation does not showany particular attribute about the characteristics of the data then numerical representation is required in order to have a single number which represent something about the data. Statistics is all about figures, charts, graphs and pictures in order to represent the data. For example average speed of all the vehicles passing through a stretch is 50mph. this implies that the said person is using the statistics in order to represent the speed of the vehicles.
